To ensure a trouble-free process, please check point by point, and make sure that your print data is processed correctly.

1. resolution: Please place your pixel data (images) with a resolution of at least 300 dpi in image size or bitmaps in 1200 dpi.

2. trim / crop marks: To avoid cutting differences, it is necessary that objects falling off the edge (pictures, surfaces or graphics) go beyond the final format with 3 mm edge trim be created circumferentially. Check if the dimensions
Your layout matches those of the signature. If there are fold lines, please check them for correctness. Cutting marks must be created mandatory.

Note: The signature can be found in the respective article under Templates. Otherwise, you can also use the signature request from us.

3. cutcontour (only for high performance, flex and flock films): The CutContour is absolutely necessary to define the final format or the free form of your printed product. After printing, of course, this contour is not visible.

Create CutContour correctly:
1. Create spot color and name it with CutContour.
2. Only set magenta to 100%.
3. Tint all desired cutting paths.

4. file format: Please send us your print data in original size 1: 1, in the no longer editable PDF format. To avoid possible sources of error and to ensure true-to-the-original print reproduction, please use in the print data preparation PDF / X-4 2008. Please always send us your logo as a vector file, because only this we can, without additional effort, cost-effective process. For a vectorization of simple logos by deprismedia.com will be charged 35 EUR, otherwise costs at cost. You can send us your logo in advance to grafik@deprismedia.com for review.

5. color variations: Color information in the color space RGB is reproduced on the monitor. In print, however, this information will ever by printing process, in CMYK or special colors (HKS, Pantone or RAL). During conversion, color deviations may occur. Using a so-called ICC profile color deviations can be largely avoided.

6. color mode (inks): The print file must be created in Euroskala CMYK, unless it is one Spot color printing (e.g., HKS, Pantone or RAL). It should be noted that the colors are defined correctly (e.g., HKS 63, Pantone 100) and color values are properly indicated.

7. color Profile / ICC profile: The color profile makes it possible to convert colors in such a way that they are printed as close as possible to the original. For our printed products we use the ICC profile ISOcoated v2 300%.

8. fonts: Please embed the fonts used in the document completely or convert them into paths / curves. Of course you can also send us the font file as an alternative. Please also note, a reasonable keep distance to the end of the formatting to avoid trimming the text. We recommend 5 mm from the end of the format. For optimal readability and print reproduction, the font size should not be less than 5 pt and lines not thinner than 0.25 pt.

9. transparencies: Transparencies occur when the opacity in the data is reduced or an effect such as drop shadow were used. Here, in a layout program no color rendition is displayed, but a screen effect used. These transparencies can not be printed. They are reduced and rasterized in color.

10. overprinting: When overprinting the color values of the object to be overprinted with the color values of the underlying Object added. Please check the overprint setting in your document.
