For example, so that stickers that we produce using digital printing are cut out in the shape you want, a cutting line - a so-called cut contour - is required during printing. This clearly defines how your stickers should be cut. A vectorized contour line is required in the PDF print file for the contour cut. This cutting line must be created in the graphics program as a separate layer with the name -CutContour-. It is thus possible to recognize the cutting contour during the printing process and to process it accordingly. The cut contour is of course not visible on the motif after printing. The cutting program reads the data of the cut contour only as a path for the plotter, not as part of the layout. Please send us your motif in advance so that you can quote the price. Unless otherwise requested, we will deliver an ai-file.

With the cropping of images, motifs are freed from the background. In order to be able to use the graphic individually, it is recommended to convert it into a vector graphic. If your logo files are of poor quality or if the file is to be used for foil labeling with a cutting plotter or for engraving, a vector file is required.
